Coming to England from South Africa having grown up during the apartheid regime back home. Life would of been hard adapting to an environment foreign to him but it also had a culture of racial oppression, similar to what he left behind.
Football was his outlet and that release was instrumental in helping Leeds United gain promotion to the first division.
